No. OrphanDrug provides independent consultancy and process coordination; it does not sell, stock, prescribe, import, dispense or deliver medicines.
02Does the form create an order?+
No. It creates a consultancy enquiry only. No medicine order or payment is created when you submit the form.
03How is the estimated medicine cost prepared?+
The medicine, strength and pack are checked against available pricing information and the configured adjustment is applied. The amount is not our selling price, a payment request, stock guarantee or binding offer.
04Do you charge a consultancy fee?+
No. This website does not charge a consultancy fee. The amount shown in an email is only an estimated medicine cost; OrphanDrug does not sell medicines or take payment for them.
05Is my prescription kept private?+
Yes. Adding a prescription is optional. An uploaded file is stored privately and used only to assess your request.
06Why did I not receive an email immediately?+
If the medicine strength or pack does not match, the details are checked rather than sending an incorrect amount. Please also check your spam or junk folder.
07What happens next?+
Possible options may be explained after the consultancy assessment. Any medicine transaction can only be handled by an independent third party holding the required permissions, under its own checks and contract.
08Who decides clinical suitability?+
Only the treating clinician or other suitably qualified healthcare professional. The site gives no diagnosis, dosing, treatment or prescribing advice.
